Peak Gem is operated by Songyuan Pei Qi Technology Co., Ltd., Building 2, Unit 2, Room 202, Songyun Kaixuan Cheng, Liangjiazi Road, Ningjiang District, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, 131000, China. Services means systems design, integration, engineering, and consulting. Website means peakgem.autos.

Services

We provide professional systems design and engineering within the Computer Systems Design sector. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in signed agreements. These Terms govern general use. Signed agreements take precedence if conflicts arise.

Intellectual Property

Everything we create remains our property unless otherwise agreed. After full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for internal purposes. This does not transfer ownership. Our brand requires written permission to use.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Use our services lawfully.
• Not damage or impair our systems.
• Not attempt unauthorized access.
• Not use automated tools without permission.

Confidentiality

Both sides protect non-public information. This obligation continues for five years after our relationship ends. Exceptions for public information, prior knowledge, independent development, or third-party sources not bound by confidentiality.

Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to fees paid or USD 100. Does not apply to death, injury, or fraud. Services are as is without warranties, express or implied.

Indemnification & General

You indemnify us from claims. We may suspend access; surviving terms continue. Terms may be modified; continued use constitutes acceptance. Governed by PRC law. Disputes first through negotiation; if unresolved in 60 days, courts of Songyuan, Jilin have jurisdiction. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains. These Terms and service agreements form the entire agreement.
